Rick has been advising affluent individuals and families through complex financial decisions for more than twenty-five years, managing client portfolios in line with their objectives and helping them navigate retirement planning, taxes, estate planning, and risk management.

Many of his client relationships span decades, and he values the personal connections that have grown over that time. "I love what I do because I help people every day," he says. "I'm analytical and a problem-solver by nature, and I embrace the role of financial advisor.”

Rick transitioned to wealth management in 1999. Before that, he practiced corporate law in the Washington, D.C. office of a national firm. He also clerked for a federal district court judge.

Rick lives in Sun Valley, Idaho with his family. Outside of work, he coaches youth sports and enjoys skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
